Hibernyte apps are provided "as is." We do our best to make them reliable and bug-free, but we can't guarantee they'll work perfectly in every situation. We're a small indie studio — we'll always fix bugs as fast as we can.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund requests should be directed to the respective store. Our one-time purchases are lifetime — you never need to pay again for the same app.
Any files, photos, or data you use with our apps remain yours. We don't claim any rights over your content. We don't store your content on our servers.
We're not liable for any damages arising from the use of our apps. Don't use our apps for anything illegal.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our apps means you accept the updated terms.
